Code of Conduct

At PRIL Live, we are dedicated to creating events that are professional, respectful, and inclusive. Whether you are joining a conference, awards ceremony, or roundtable, our goal is for every participant to feel safe, welcomed, and able to fully enjoy the experience.

This Code of Conduct outlines our expectations for all participants. It applies to every PRIL Live event globally—whether in-person or virtual. By attending, you agree to uphold the standards below.

1. Our Principles

We believe in creating events that:

1. Provide a safe, respectful, and professional environment
2. Foster open dialogue, collaboration, innovation, and learning
3. Encourage courtesy, dignity, and respect in all interactions
4. Enforce zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or unlawful behaviour

Our events are spaces to exchange ideas, build relationships, and conduct business within a framework of fairness, integrity, and mutual respect.

2. Respectful Conduct

All participants are expected to:

1. Act professionally and courteously at all times
2. Avoid offensive comments, personal attacks, or disruptive behaviour
3. Use respectful and appropriate language and imagery in conversations, presentations, and digital content
4. Consume alcohol responsibly and remain respectful in all settings

We do not tolerate:

• Harassment of any kind
• Sexualised or discriminatory language or imagery
• Intimidation, stalking, unwanted sexual attention, or physical contact
• Disruption of sessions or activities
• Sharing or distributing inappropriate or offensive content

3. Zero Tolerance for Illegal Substances

PRIL Live maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy on illegal substances. Anyone found in possession of, or under the influence of, illegal drugs will be removed from the event and may be reported to authorities.

4. Ethical Business Conduct

We expect participants to:

1. Conduct business in a legal, honest, and transparent manner
2. Respect others’ privacy and use contact details only for agreed purposes
3. Refrain from inappropriate or unsolicited contact through messages, photos, emails, or other means

5. Reporting Concerns

If you experience or witness behaviour that violates this Code, please inform a member of the PRIL Live team immediately. Our team is trained to respond professionally and sensitively.

6. Consequences of Misconduct

Violations of this Code may result in:

• Immediate request to stop the behaviour
• Removal from the event without refund
• Prohibition from attending future PRIL Live events

We reserve the right to assess whether someone has complied with this Code of Conduct and decide what the appropriate actions are, based on the relevant terms and conditions. This Code of Conduct may be revised by us at any time and is non-negotiable.

This Code of Conduct is without prejudice to our rights in any relevant terms and conditions, all of which are expressly reserved.
